Client Representative
The Client Representative is the primary source for all customers in the retail setting. They must have a detailed knowledge of our products and services, understand the strategies we use to bring those products and services to market, and maintain compliance in every customer interaction.
Corporate Trainer
The Corporate Trainer steps into a leadership role, overseeing a team and managing numerous campaigns in the region they operate in. It is the responsibility of the Corporate Trainer to develop the Client Representative by educating them on our award-winning system so they can further contribute to the growth of the business.
Junior Director
The Junior Director spearheads team leadership and territory expansion, with a focus on enhancing market presence. Tasked with driving growth, this role combines strategy in financial oversight and campaign management to bolster the company’s expansion. The Junior Director is key to navigating profitability and fostering client collaborations.
Assistant Director
The Assistant Director shifts their focus to the company's back-end operations, learning things like how to manage payroll and control the budget. Our multinational client partners expect us to expand their footprint, so it is the Assistant Director's responsibility to learn to collaborate with clients and develop the skills necessary to run their own office.
Director
The Director oversees all in-store marketing campaigns in the region, discovers creative ways to maintain our clients' positive brand image in customers' minds, and ensures their team performs in compliance with our company's standards. We promote solely from within, allowing us to continually deliver results year after year.
